This notice explains how ARMIS TENTS (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you share with us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a quotation, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

• your name, company or lodge name, email address and mobile number;
• your preferred contact method;
• project details such as the installation location, number of units, timing, budget range, scope and any notes or layout you send us.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, deliver the agreed work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

• Form delivery: enquiries are sent to our team by email directly from our website hosting provider.
• Email: your enquiry is received and stored in our business email system.
• Fonts: this website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email elmien@armis.co.za.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) via inforegulator.org.za.
